Seeking candidates that are local and within commuting distance to Herndon, Virginia. Solution Street pays annual bonuses based on the company's performance and the employee's individual performance. We conduct quarterly performance reviews to ensure employees are on track to meet their annual goals and achieve their target bonus.

Employees receive a standard 15 days of PTO per year (accrued per pay period). Once an employee hits a tenure of 5 years with Solution Street they receive an additional 3 days of PTO per year. At 10 years of tenure, they receive another 2 days of PTO per year.
Solution Street contributes 3% of an employee's annual earnings to their 401K account regardless of what the employee contributes.
