Development Manager

Solution Street is looking for an experienced Software Engineer that can also function as a Development and Career Manager. Seeking candidates that are local and within commuting distance to Herndon, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience as a software developer, a strong background in leading software product development teams and projects, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and be a team player with strong experience with Agile-based software delivery methodologies. 100% Health & Dental for Employees

Solution Street pays 100% of the dental premiums for its employees. We also pay 100% of healthcare premiums for those employees on the High Deductible Healthcare Plan (HDHP). Employees opting for the non-HDHP pay a minimal monthly premium. Family coverage is an additional cost to all employees.

Paid Time Off

Employees receive a standard 15 days of PTO per year (accrued per pay period). Once an employee hits a tenure of 5 years with Solution Street they receive an additional 3 days of PTO per year. At 10 years of tenure, they receive another 2 days of PTO per year.

3% Employer Contribution to 401K

Solution Street contributes 3% of an employee's annual earnings to their 401K account regardless of what the employee contributes.
